Senior Karate Instructor, 4^th Degree Black Belt

Mr. Russell has 30 years of martial arts experience and is a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. As a child, martial arts helped him gain focus, determination, self-confidence, patience, and fitness. As a teacher, it is his goal to instill these same qualities in the students through rigorous training, positive discipline, firm standards, and working toward achievable personal goals.
