Program director and founder of HiYa Karate, she also introduced the first special needs program (Panda Program) in the greater area. She was Tang Soo Do Instructor of the Year and US Martial Artist Association (USMMA) Hall of Fame Inductee in 2009. Her day job is a Pediatric Physician Assistant.
